SENIOR ROOM TAKING SHAPE

We have started putting back shower curtains and curtain railing in the senior room yesterday.

Water heater was rewired and is now working.

PIGGIES MOONCAKE AS DECO IN GLASS CUPBOARD IN MALACCA

We bought 3 piggies mooncake in baskets as deco in our glass cupboard in MALACCA.

NEXT PHASE OF RENOVATIONS IS TO GET THE PREMISES WIRELESSLY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET

Most of our major renovations have been completed.

Our next phase is to install a wireless connection to the Internet with 4G connection.

A wireless router that uses a Sim card for Internet has been identified for this connection.

By having this wireless connection to the Internet, we can remotely monitor our premises from afar.

HANDOVER OF SENIOR ROOM

The senior room has been completed and handed over yesterday after a wash down. It took us about 3 weeks to complete it.

Needs to fix up curtains, handrail and furnishing in the room.

CLEARING REAR CARPARK TODAY

Our contractor has started to clear off unwanted debris from the rear carpark today.

Final round of cleaning is by using the high water pressure  jet.

Senior room is being painted. Rear carpark is being cleaned and washed up today.

SENIOR ROOM CAN ALSO BE USED AS A GYM SPACE

Our senior room can be used as a gym space.

Put in a tread mill, exercise lifting and push up apparatus.

A Wing Chun  pole can be used to learn the art of close martial arts.

Most importantly, no clutter and wheelchair movement must be retained.

MOUNTING CEILING BOARDS IN SENIOR ROOM AND WASHROOM

Before painting of the whole senior room and washroom, we mounted new ceiling boards on the room ceiling.

The purpose of the ceiling boards is to prevent moisture from the shower area to go up the ceiling.

At the same time, it prevents dust to come down into the room from the AV room upstairs.

A fresh coat of paint will also be done.

SHOWER ROOM NEARLY COMPLETED

The shower room is nearing completion.

We need to connect the electrical wiring to the instant water heater.

SENIOR WASHROOM IS TAKING SHAPE

Our senior washroom is taking shape.

Tested the washroom with an actual wheelchair.
