LAMINATED WOODEN FLOORING DONE TODAY

Our upstairs office premises have been upgraded by putting on laminated wooden flooring.

 Now the premises looks better and clean.

MOBILE NIGHT VISION WEBCAM REPOSITIONED TO MONITOR RAINWATER GUTTER

We repositioned our movable night vision webcam this afternoon.

By doing so, our "eye" will allow us to see the effectiveness of our rainwater gutter.

LAMINATED WOODEN FLOORING FOR UPSTAIRS MEETING SPACE

The upstairs meeting space will be upgraded.

Laminated wooden flooring is to be done these few days.

Once done, the space will look great and events and meetings can be organized.

ALUMINIUM HINGED DOOR AND PARTITION IN SENIOR ROOM

The hinged door and partition were installed today in the Senior room.

NEW POSITION FOR MOVABLE NIGHT VISION INTERNET CAMERA

Tomorrow when we do a day trip to MALACCA to oversee the installation of the hinged door and partition in the senior room, we will move the movable night vision camera to the middle of the main hall.

By doing so, we can monitor the gutter of the main airwell, sitting hall and corridor.

Should there be any heavy rain during the day or night, we can monitor the gutter performance from outstation.

PARTITION WITH HINGED ALUMINUM DOOR TO BE INSTALLED THIS WEDNESDAY

The final piece of works for the Senior room will be done this Wednesday.

An aluminum hinged door wide enough for wheel chair access and partition is to be installed.

This is the final jigsaw.

MINOR REPAIRS NEEDED FOR NEW GUTTER

Today, we did some minor works on the new gutter installed earlier.

After a heavy downpour a week after its installation, rainwater overflowed from the new gutter.

Since the inlet of the old gutter discharges into the new gutter vertically, water was not directed to the new outlets to the right.

This high volume of water just pushed upwards over the new gutter sides.

Now, we put a bend and a short horizontal pipe so that water can be guided to the right outlets.

By doing so, the rear car park will have less noise from that air conditioner compressor and hot air.

The air-conditioning unit cannot be heard inside the senior room anymore.
