We brought down a webcam capable of seeing in the dark and can rotate left and right plus up and down.

MAIN AIRWELL RAIN WATER GUTTER TO BE CHANGED
Today, we added a new gutter below the current rainwater gutter in the main air well.
This new gutter is to channel rainwater to flow towards the right before draining down to a closed pipe.
Rainwater will be discharged to the front public drain instead of flowing to the rear open drain for the past 80 years.
Instead of the rainwater coming down to the drain on the ground floor, a new piping will have the rainwater discharge to the front main public drain.

DEPLOYMENT OF 4G WIRELESS ROUTER AND WEBCAMS DONE ON FRIDAY, 16.3.2018

Wireless broadband router has been deployed with webcam cameras.
They are working properly and streaming live photo.
As I am driving back to Malacca on this Friday, the wireless router and webcams will be installed.
The earlier faulty router has been replaced with a new unit and so far it is functioning.

YES 4G WIRELESS ROUTER & CAMERAS IN MALACCA DELAYED

Our faulty router delayed our deployment today.
No WiFi or Internet accessibility. It will be deployed on 29.3.2018.
We will deploy our Yes 4G wireless router with cameras in Malacca on Monday, 12th. March 2018.
Once done, family members can monitor our family home remotely, from any country in the world with Internet access.
We will place the cameras in strategic locations so that we can monitor our ground floor and upstairs areas.
A LAN webcam and a Internet webcam are to be put in the Malacca premises.
Internet radio streaming and limited YouTube can be done as well.
Once we get unlimited data access via fibre optics, then all Internet services are available.

GOOD ACOUSTICS AT MAIN HALL
Over our Chinese New Year, we piped in Chinese music over a Bluetooth speakers in the main hall.
We found the music output from the speakers is good. Not too bassy or high pitch. Just nice.
Main hall will be good for live performances like guitar, er hu, pipa or que cheng.
Maybe singing as well.
