Today, we added a new gutter below the current rainwater gutter in the main air well.
This new gutter is to channel rainwater to flow towards the right before draining down to a closed pipe.
Rainwater will be discharged to the front public drain instead of flowing to the rear open drain for the past 80 years.

Instead of the rainwater coming down to the drain on the ground floor, a new piping will have the rainwater discharge to the front main public drain.
