STORAGE HEATER FOR SHOWER CUBICLE

A new water storage heater has been installed for our shower cubicle.

Electrical fittings, lightings and accessories are being fitted in this coming week.

PROPOSED WATER FALL FEATURE

In future, we intend to have a waterfall feature in our main airwell.

BRIGHTER, COOLER AND QUIETER

Our decision to use insulated roofing and some parts of the roofing with clear polycarbornate sheets was correct.

After all the roofs were installed, we found out the places were cooler, brighter and quieter.

Rain noise patter on the roof has been reduced and the temperature is lower. Clear polycarbonate sheets placed in strategic places have allowed our airwells and rear car park to be brighter without comprising on the heat load factor.

We are going to put 5 aircon compressors to the rear so that we cannot hear the sound emitted by these compressors and heat from the fans.

NEW STAIRS STEPS INSTALLED

The new staircase wooden steps from the car park have been installed.

Now it is easier to walk up the stairs into the AV room and upstairs washroom, kitchen and dining area.

Our imported shower cubicle from China has been installed today. It has a shower water tray as well.

Washroom installed. Wall painting and varnishing of floor to be done including installation of bifold doors.
