Our decision to use insulated roofing and some parts of the roofing with clear polycarbornate sheets was correct.
After all the roofs were installed, we found out the places were cooler, brighter and quieter.
Rain noise patter on the roof has been reduced and the temperature is lower. Clear polycarbonate sheets placed in strategic places have allowed our airwells and rear car park to be brighter without comprising on the heat load factor.
We are going to put 5 aircon compressors to the rear so that we cannot hear the sound emitted by these compressors and heat from the fans.
