Our renovation works have reached the mid way mark.
Some of the major works such as demolition of old WC and shower, adding a new Roofing and a new staircase have been done.
A new roller shutter door with a side door was also installed.
Plumbing, new water tanks, changing of water piping and electrical rewiring is also half way completed.
Over the remaining weeks, electrical fittings, rooms repainting, some brickworks and windows will be done.
Final inspection before the final hand over is targeted to be done by the first week of May 2017.
