Our renovation works have reached our 80% milestone.
Major works on rear roller shutter door, main roofing, mid roofing and rear roofing have been completed.
Plumbing works on the new poly water tanks and new piping are completed.
Electrical rewiring for upstairs and downstairs are proceeding on schedule.
Next week electrical fittings and energy saving LED lights and air-conditioning units including a new water heater and a new ceiling fan will be installed.
The front upstairs WC and washroom including a shower cubicle with water heater and a shower tray imported from China is to be fixed.
The following week will concentrate on rooms retouching, partitioning and final painting.
By the last week of April, most works will be completed before a final inspection and handover by 1st. May 2017.
