FInally, we are getting the gutter above our main airwell and the rear roof old gutter changed to all new galvanised semi round gutter.
Hopefully, our water overflowing from our gutter main airwell will be thing of the past.
At the same time , we will install a new Panasonic 1 hp split aircond in the senior room. A new single bed of 3' x 6' with mattress will be purchased.
The red cushion bed will be relocated back to parents' room where it was in 1970s. The writing table is to be moved to the red cushion bed was located.
A shelf will be carried up to the upstairs meeting area where it will be used to store some books.
Once done, our final phase of our year long renovation is to rearrange the books into shelves or stored in our storage area.
